Very impressed with Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham
This was our first time staying at Aparthotel and booking with Hotels.com. The Aparthotel was excellent, lots of space, clean apartment, lovely and quiet plus friendly staff and easy check-in. Our only slight negative was the mattress and pillows were not great. The mattress was very 'dead' and solid so not overly comfortable and the pillows provided very little support either. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with everything we needed. Bathroom was clean, tidy and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure and spacious enclosure. We would definitely book again. It was a great location for shopping in Birmingham.

No parking in the hotel we have to carry our stuff from the parking. You have to pay extra for parking if you want to take a car out. It’s not clear instructions about parking it took one hour to find parking so it’s Burlington & Moor Street parking. Overall breakfast was ok I was expecting better than this.

We were randomly picked to be 'guests of the day' so got a free upgrade. Staff were friendly and lots of nice touches. Decent Nespresso pod coffee machine with Nespresso pods (not knock off ones). Excellent location. Power shower. Comfy beds. Clean. Highly recommend

Great hotel in a perfect situation.

I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed a lovely, well proportioned one bed flat. Coffee machine was a great surprise too. I love a decent coffee in the morning! Breakfast ok. Dining room very bright and staff lovely and personable with the guests.
