Wonderful, accommodating hotel personnel make for a friendly and pleasant stay. My room was lovely. The bed super comfortable. I love staying in heritage buildings so that was an added extra. I stayed in the smallest, least expensive room here and was very happy with it -- it was very attractive, cozy but not cramped, and had a spacious bathroom - I made sure to get a room with a soaking tub. Location is right off the downtown main street so it's easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. There's no hotel staff on site after 7 pm but the late arrival instructions I was sent were easy to follow. Great place to stay in Sutton!
