Worst hotel by Hilton
Marilyn at the front desk should not work in the service industry. I dealt with her 3 times and each time it was like speaking to a wall. You cannot get a straight answer from her - every question I had was followed up with "um, I don't know" and a blank stare or silence on the phone. For example, Me: "are there any cribs available?", her: Hm, I don't know" then no action or follow up whatsoever. Then, "can we do a late check out?" "um I, don't know, there's a lot of people checking out" then doesn't look up any availability. I offered to pay extra to stay 1 more hour and she said "hmmm, I don't know $50???". I just left very frustrated with her. The room was also not very clean. The key card did not work in all entrances. Just not a very good stay at all. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is by far the worst hotel by Hilton I have ever visited. Will not return.
