Ciao is thumbs down for Breakfast
The Hotel was OK, service was best as they could. The location was average. The Room itself was OK comfortable, good shower. But no proper tea/coffee in room, the storage space was ordinary. The worst was breakfast. They ordered McDonald's food every morning at 7AM the food was delivered. and we had to go pickup from reception. Cold McDonalds food and tea. After complaining the solution was they give NTD$100 coupon and you go get your own breakfast at 7-11. There was a restaurant right next to/connected to the hotel but we were told we cannot use it.

Blood, bugs, dirt and NO ENGLISH.
Blood, bugs and dirt! Bugs in the room, blood on the sheets and walls, and dirt/dust everywhere. This hotel was beyond dirty, not cleaned daily, and the staff didn't speak English half the time so I couldn't communicate that the room needs cleaning. The laundry room...dear god was it dirty and two pieces of clothes came out TOTALLY TORN and destroyed. It was awful stay. And the location isn't great either. Wonder how it is a 4.2...terrible. Go elsewhere, I've been to better in taipei and so should you! They refused to cancel the rest of my reservation, just take customers money and stiff them with whatever comes. Shame on them...dump.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff!
Stayed for 5 days with my cousin and my best friend. All of us were very happy with the state of the room, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. Quite close to many bus stops and two train stations nearby, about a ten minute walk. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The hotel is clean. Even we stay in a room without windows but the design in the room doesn't make you feel this inconvenience. The staff is vey helpful ad nice.

Okay for the budget traveller
The hotel may represent good value if one if looking for budget accommodation somewhere a liitle better than backpacker level. The staff were friendly and the room was well serviced but the hotel is "tired" and would benefit from a freshen up. The walls in out room were scuffed and needed to be repainted. The free buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment. Not convenient for MRT.

Too Dirty for me
Overall the room was studio style bathroom and bedroom were very close - not sharing any walls. Overall the finishes were trendy, however the floors were very dirty to the point that I could only wear socks around the room. It was a tile but had dirt on it. I also noticed some stains on the sheets / and walls for some odd reason. I probably wouldn't come back.

Clean and stylish hotel
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room is comfy and clean, and quite stylish. They also welcomed us by putting some macarons in the fridge! The subway is around 15mins away from the hotel, so we mostly took taxi.

Great service, cozy room
Great services! We booked for a room with breakfast, however, we had to leave early for flight and was unable to have breakfast. The hotel kindly prepared breakfast to go box for each of us.
the hotel is a about 10 mins walk from the metro station, it's a bit walk but the hotel is much quieter too.

Ok only
Interior of hotel and room are nicely done up. Furnishing & toilet look new, overall has a boutique hotel vibe. But service is very much lacking. Waitress offers to serve a breakfast set + buffet on the first day but the next day she says they are not serving a set because the buffet spread is more lavish today. The buffet on both days are the same. Also front desk was very curt and business-like, unlike the usual friendly Taiwaness service. Location-wise have to walk about 10 to 15 mins to the Metro - not worth it if you're also getting poor service. Might as well stay at a ramshackle hotel near the Metro.
