We stayed four years ago and were blown away. Though the customer service and amenities remain first rate, the complex is starting to feel a little tired. Ingrained dirt in a number of places, missing exterior lights and in the first apartment we were given, a build up of mould and mildew in the bathroom with the shower door runners corroded.
We asked for a new room as ours had also not been cleaned very well and said we would like to pay to upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. We were given the upgrade for free by way of an apology and could not have been happier with the second apartment.
Some time and money needs to be spent remedying a number of cleanliness and basic facilities issues across the complex - such as the bathroom fittings hanging off the wall in both of the apartments we were in - but on a first holiday with a six month old baby, we couldn't have been happier with the level of service we received, how safe and secure everything was, free parking and the provision of free baby baths and a high quality cot. A washing machine in the apartment is very useful too.
Though I appreciate there is an information QR code in the apartments, one further recommendation would be more information in the welcome pack on the complex itself and the facilities e.g. Restaurant menu, opening hours etc, rather than flyers for jeep tours and car hire.
