This property was not easy to find. The room was basic. Water wasnt too hot as expected. Breakfast options were good. Staff were courteous, professional and served well.

When we arrived, we were told the hotel no longer was in service. After contacting the property, we were told the hotel moved and renamed. The new hotel is much smaller than the original, and doesn’t contain the same amenity’s. And don't look professional without make some sort of communication to the customer.

It was a last minute stay and was perfectly fine for one night. No frills and fancy stuff but clean. Reception people were extremely nice!

We needed a place to stay after hiking the Inca Trail. This hotel was friendly and the location was close to everything. They served a nice breakfast in the morning and provided us with all of the essentials. The window in the room was open for the sake of ventilation which was great except that mosquitoes were in the room. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Good for a couple of nights
What we liked about the hotel was the location, very close to everything and the street in the back of the hotel give you a better idea of what it is to live in Aguas Calientes. The room is small, but it was comfortable, and you don't really spend to much time there. We had hot water both days. Breakfast was decent. The staff wasn't rude but we had better experiences in our trip. The front desk is often without someone to assist and when we ask for a couple of towels because the ones we had were still humid for the day before, they said that they would have to charge us for extra towels. Also, you have to leave the key in the front desk, and because sometimes there's no one there either you don't get your key, or worse, anyone can get it since they are in plain site. Our last day there, we went out really early and came back before our check out only to see thay they were about to start making the room, so I had to go look the cleaning lady that had my key in order for me to get in my room. Check out is way to early 9:30 am. I think that because they know people still go there, they don't pay to much attention to detail since hotels in Aguas Calientes are more on the pricey side.

Good Value for Clean Basic Accommodation
The property is bare bones but is clean and comfortable enough for the value. The hotel staff were helpful. It is a good choice for anyone more interested in experiencing the sites Machu Picchu has to offer and less interested in experiencing a luxury hotel. I would recommend for any traveler on a budget.

Good for a night
We booked a room here after doing a 2 day trek and before heading up to Machupicchu so we were extremely exhausted, it was good to have a bed to fall into. It was cheap and good for the night.
