主人熱心，寢具非常舒適，只是房外蚊蟲較多
床和枕頭非常舒適，因為周圍樹木較多，房外蚊蟲較多，建議去的時候可以穿長褲。民宿主人也很貼心的準備了電蚊香給我們使用，主人也很熱心親切，很推薦

令人失望的住宿經驗
預訂六人房，但現場說是六人日式雅房，才知衛浴未在房內而是在另一頭，且房內未像其他房型一樣提供面紙，僅有一條釘在牆上的掛勾可吊掛衣物。建議應在訂房網頁敘明，且據說網頁照片都是同一張房型，有故意讓人誤解的嫌疑，因和室房型可能不適合年紀大的人居住，且室內大通鋪空間如鋪滿六床被後幾無空間，連開門都有困難。 浴室未採乾濕分離，僅提供大浴巾，未有毛巾，亦應於網頁敘明，蓮蓬頭的水會四處飛濺，連洗手台及上面的備品都會濺濕，更何況洗完澡後地板全濕，行走要加倍小心，以免滑倒。 室外有提供開飲機及水杯，也有冰箱可供所有房間房客，算是貼心的一點。 早餐提供中式稀飯醬菜及炒高麗菜、豆漿，與西式的吐司及果醬與咖啡供自由取用，吃飽是沒問題的。 戶外有條小溪，種了許多筆筒樹，但要注意有小黑蚊，出外最好穿長袖及自備防蚊液，以避免被叮咬後奇癢無比。 民宿地點離熱氣球所在的鹿野高原不遠，但開車也要約10分鐘的時間，晚上出入時因路燈較少，路面昏暗，且位處田間小路，開車時需小心慢行。晚餐最好事先預約附近餐廳，以免人多向隅。

已經預定二大一小，到現場又多加收費用，老闆跟老闆娘看我帶一老一小，講話像流氓一樣。房間裡不是很乾淨，也沒有冰箱也沒有熱水，浴室的門用一塊窗簾十分不方便。不建議入住。唯一可以提的優點是早餐的青菜還不錯
