Loved it. The rooftop terrace is amazing . Beautiful view day and night . The pool . The one thing I loved the most was the staff , always helpful and super nice. I was there for 10 days and I definitely will stay there again.

Location wise is great. Close to the Angel dela Independecia. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms are waaay too big with small beds TV have a very limited channel Nothing special

The place it at a good location but definitely the biggest bad thing for me is the lack of AC, since there’s no AC you need to leave the window open if you don’t want to sleep all sweaty and that causes that mosquitoes rush inside to drink from your tasty blood, I had one of the most terrible nights at this place because of that. But if you are not affected by heat weather and mosquitoes, then fine. The bed is tiny too, not good for couples that sleep together but like their space at some point.

Area and location was great. Actual room was large, but small firm bed, 4 pillows all massively tall, and couldn’t believe how hot and stuffy it gets without having AC. Really need AC for this hot days, wasn’t easy to sleep at night. Staff were friendly and kept the place clean.

Muy bien el hotel pero en especial en recepción la persona que atiende en el turno de la tarde es decepciónante su trato es grosero déspota prepotente negativa le haces alguna consulta y hasta caras pone como si uno fuera tonto inepto de hecho por esa razón nosotros queríamos cancelar la reservación por el trato tan feo y grosero que recibimos un día antes que fuimo a pedir información del estacionamiento de si se podía ingresar alimentos o necesitábamos traer utensilios para cenar o contaban con restaurante etc etc y salimos del lugar decepcionados con toda la decisión de cancelar pero la aplicación ya no lo permitió. Pero de buena gana solo por su trato de la recepción lo hubiera hecho Sin embargo reconocemos que el lugar es muy bonito cómodo y el demás personas amable cordial solo faltaba para lavar los traste y dejar limpio como menciono recepción dentro de lo posible se hizo
