Great place for families to stay. I wish they would empty the trashcans everyday without being asked; especially since this is a family hotel. It would also be great if they had a microwave on each floor or in the room to warm up food. Otherwise, great place to stay!!! The upgrades they have done to the property are outstanding!!!

Bare minimum in hospitality

The location of the room was great on the south eastern side of the building,so the sunrise was amazing. As for the room itself not impressed by it at all first called room service for a few pillows never came.the ceilings had paint chips for a wet spot in drywall the smell of musty air to go with everything.

For the price i paid the room had a double sink but only 1 worked, mildew smell, water park had different temperatures and for little kids they can get sick if they bounce back and forth in the different temperature. Every hotel water park i stood in offered towels not here. But still haven't explored the rest of the hotel and convenient for those who want to explore the boardwalk.

Customer service was pretty good when I was checking in , but then the elevators were old and slow, the room wasn’t the cleanest, even had wash rag in the shower from previous guest, the bed had no mattress cover (which was disguising) and it was gnats in the hallway… overall wasn’t a great stay

Stay was good for a family of 6 always fun activities boardwalk and beach. Unfortunately first night my jointed room was dead bolt locked and cldnt have access to the room until next day afternoon front desk was nice enough to apologize but a follow up from management wld be been better

Stay Bourbon

This hotel is due for a full renovation. The New Orleans tower was terrible and I wouldn't let my kids sit on the floor. We moved to the Bourbon Tower and it was a night and day experience. These rooms were clean and renovated. The Easter and Christmas decor was still up in the hotel and it is really dated. The water park and arcade were great for kids. The location was also great.
