6/10 Good

We chose this hotel for our drive along the Irish Loop. The area was nice and quiet. The employees were super friendly and we had a fabulous dinner there but the breakfast was a bit underwhelming although it was a continental as advertised. The room was quite clean and nicely decorated but the toilet seat moved around and the lights and furniture were not all in good repair.

Regular hotel rooms that could use air conditioning in the summer for the odd time it's hot. But the restaurant is excellent, the staff are awesome, and there's a very pretty back garden with a propane firepit. Cannot say enough good about the owners and staff.

Nice place. Good restaurant on site. Could not see much of the surroundings due to the fog. Suggest a “check in” sign beside the door, otherwise well marked.

The staff here was amazing!!! The restaurant in the hotel had excellent food! They made us feel so at home and we were only there one night! The room had only double beds so it was a little tight for 4 adults but still very comfortable and clean. Perfect place for a stop on the Irish loop!

As most of the reviews state...the staff are excellent as is the service and the food. The dining room was quite chaotic when we were there, and we did have several staff taking care of us but it was quite hectic and our actual server never even realized that we had been served and ate our food until ahe came back to apologize that something wasn't available but that our order would be out soon. We informed her that we had already eaten and inquired about dessert. I would say that what they may have lacked in organization, they certainly made up for in other ways. This was the only place with vacancy in the area but I'm definitely glad that we found it. Some things could use a little updating, for the price, but overall we were quite pleased.
