Sin AGUA CALIENTE y sin WIFI en las Habitaciones
El hotel necesita mantenimiento. Desde el primer día de estancia informe en recepción q no tenía agua caliente y lo indique como 5 veces pues toda mi estancia no lo solucionaron. Otra cosa q no me gustó es q no hay wifi en los cuartos solo en el área de restaurante así q no puedes usar tu cuarto para trabajar con laptop. El desayuno está en $120 a seleccionar un platillo y jugo o café pero es pago en efectivo y no dan factura. El agua de la alberca está fría. Lo mejor es que la playa es agradable, bonitas puestas de sol, y tranquila de gente sin masificaciones. También tienen estacionamiento techado para que no quede a pleno solo el auto. Para comer te recomiendo el restaurante SABOR A MAR está como a 300 metros es rico y trato muy amable.

Desafortunadamente no fue de mi agrado, me deje llevar por las reseñas de los demás, el hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, las camas son algo incomodas (se sienten los resortes), la regadera no cuenta con jabonera, la puerta principal de la habitación dañada, al llegar nos percatamos que había mucha tierra en el piso, nos encontramos una cucaracha en el baño, el aire acondicionado es deficiente, solo hay servicio del personal de 8 a 20hrs., la alberca estaba muy cloreada, el menú del restaurante muy limitado. Lo bueno es que tiene acceso directo a la playa, cuenta con estacionamiento amplio, TV con sky, un botellón de agua, refrigerador, horno de microondas y cafetera. Desafortunadamente no volvería

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación a pie de playa, pero la limpieza muy mala, las sábanas estaban sucias, al pedir que las cambiaran simplemente nos las dieron, al mover el colchón salieron cucarachas, había suciedad en el piso, no funcionaba la cocina. Terminaron cambiándonos de habitación y el trato del personal no fue amable. No regresaría al hotel
