7 years with no rain
Such a wonderful place with friendly staff who go the extra mile. It's so sad to see the animals needing to be fed haybales after 7 years of no rain. Thank you fie caring for the wildlife and praying that good rains come your way.

To be able to sit only feet away from such a variety of wild animals at the watering hole was magnificent experience

Excellent Karoo experience.
Amazing Karoo experience. Beautiful venue, great hosts and good home cooked food. The pet Rhino is also something very unique!

8/10 Very good

Great venue with much potential but need for additional attention to detail, Had to ask for additional bath towel, broken glass on shower floor, coffee cup with open milk and coffee sachets still stuffed in it and not cleaned, main lights not working. Single man responsible for reception, cooking, serving, calculation and issue of bill on leaving. Game viewing from front lawn incredible. Need for directional signs from town much needed.

A really nice stopover close to N1
A nice surprise. Well run, comfortable, helpful staff with the added benefit of spectacular Karoo views and very good game viewing. Easily accessible from the N1 making it an ideal stopover Johannesburg/Cape Town trip but with all the remoteness and isolation which makes the Karoo so special.
