Comfortable stay, poor communication
The hotel was in a great neighborhood, conveniently close to everything. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, one downside was that the quilt was folded between two sheets instead of having a proper cover, causing it to slip out constantly during the night. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel was poor. We had arranged a transfer from the airport and received a confirmation email with all the details. After waiting 30 minutes for the driver, we called the hotel, only to be told that the transfer wasn’t coming—without any prior notice. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for a taxi. When we finally arrived at the hotel, we received neither an explanation nor an apology for the failed transfer.

Isaac, the front desk attendant in the evening, was very friendly and helpful throughout our 4 night stay. Do not miss checking out the Prado museum. As well as a day trip to Toledo and Segovia. Loved Madrid! ❤️

Wonderful neighborhood that is central so all of the main attractions are within walking distance, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops along the way. Absolutely Fabulous Gem
Absolutely incredible experience! Beautiful, sparkling clean apart-hotel in a wonderful safe location close to all the shops/2 metro stations. Isaac and Kevin made us feel so welcome and gave us the best advice. And the sheets are so soft! We will only stay here when we come to Madrid.
