Beautiful new property. Location excellent to explore market and muslim section but evening can look bit scary as there are homeless around. I wouldn’t mind staying rather here and take Uber around that is about $4 to go anywhere around town and be in nice property than to be at Waterfront that is located close to the restaurants but is very wore down. We stayed at this hotel for 4 extra nights after our 2 week South Africa tour ended. It was a great location to walk to many meeting points for the tours we organized. The room was on the small side but we managed with one queen bed. The full breakfast (included) had plenty to choose from. All staff were attentive & helpful while assisting with our many questions. We highly recommended this hotel!

Stay Somewhere Else - Bad Service
My stay was less than pleasant. Customer service was subpar. They didn’t have a room available for 2 people on the first night, so my sister and I had to split up and then change rooms the second. Also, the breakfast is mediocre. The amenities and toiletries and subpar. Location is dangerous for tourists. We were told not to walk around on the streets - only take Ubers. I would recommend staying in the V&A Waterfront instead. Or out at Camps Bay if you want a beach.

Not worth it at all
It is a modern hotel with good facilities, in a very central location. However, in terms of services, it cannot be considered a hotel, as the cleaning is extremely poor and the service non-existent... to top it off, if you want to live the authentic youth hostel experience, don't miss the noisy and chaotic breakfast! (I would like to attach pictures of the rubbish i found in the room but i am not allowed to updload it)
