Terrible human attention from the apart hotel, the people who attend by WhatsApp without identifying themselves, disastrous. Lack of maintenance in unity and indifference for their rude and ill-mannered staff. The building, the maintenance and location of this is the only good thing. There is another apart hotel also in the same building that must be much better than this one. I don't understand how it can have such a high grade if apart from being very dirty and disgusting, especially the bathroom, human attention is much worse. I wouldn't even come back for free

Great location, easy access, very safe. Good to walk around and for dining options. I think EL Golf is the good looking site of Santiago. It's very different from the rest of the city. The property was very comfortable, very clean too. We had access to the parking. Everything was easy to handle.

Excellent location. Flat exactly as in picture. On arrival at 7am everything was ready for check in.I was very grateful for that. Communication with management was entirely by email. Heving spent 15 nights there - far above the average stay - I was somewhat surprised to be charged $ 40 for extra cleaning of towels! That is petty bureaucracy in action rather than sound business sense at work!

This is an apart hotel without enough towels or staff for the guests staying at. Rooms are not cleaned deeply. Not washing machine for the hotel. It’s a public one for the other tenants of the building. You need to wait for 2 hours to use them. No front desk people. Yo need to run to take your suitcases from their office.

The place is very clean. The staff is nice. The place is in a safe area and one of the nicest in the city. The only issue is that they only gave me two towels for the 2 of us for couple of days. They only send someone to clean the unit every 5 days, so two towels is not enough, they should leave more.

Good location for Metro. Financial district, quite bland. Apt. was in the noisiest corner facing the busy road & the Sun all day. Only 1 A/C unit in the whole apt. In the bedroom, hard to sleep. For me personally, the bed was too soft so I did not get any sleep in the night. This place is good if you are not planning to spend much time in it. It has an efficient kitchen and bathroom. The pool area has no shade, but has good view of the nearby mountains; you can swim laps.

Pros- safe neighborhood, nice and clean building, close to supermarket, metro station and restaurants. Cons-front desk people don’t speak English and they are not “zip people”, we had to communicate with google translate. We had a bad checkin experience because the “zip people” were not in the office. However the office people were helpful if you can get hold of them. Office is closed Friday afternoon until Monday morning. They only replace towels every 7 days. There’s only one floor model air conditioning in bedroom and it’s very loud, think about it if you are a light sleeper. Website stated NO pets but there are lots of pet.

The location of the apartment is great. The place is clean. But the toilet doesn't flush well and the sink water doesn't go down fast enough. The apartment hotel also requires us to contact them 72 hours in advance to get access code to enter the apartment. But it turned out that the access code can only be sent to us on the very day we checked in anyway. So if you decide to stay there, please make sure your phone has internet service. Also, the furniture in the apartment have sharp edges and handles, which would make it unsafe for young children. No room service and breakfast. The front desk employees are friendly but they don't speak English. The place also don't have luggage storage during the weekends. I extended my check out time to 7pm since there's no luggage storage service on the Sunday I'm flying. I paid 35 dollars for late checkout, which is not bad. I needed someone from the apartment hotel to call a taxi for me to go to the airport since my Uber software wasn't working. But the hotel contact I asked refused to do so. I eventually walked to a nearby hotel. The staff there was very nice and arranged a taxi service for me. All in all, the apartment hotel has its clear advantage because you can do some simple cooking there and the location is good, but we did wish the service were better.
