Overall it's fine.
The good:
The design is fun, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the room designs are solid overall.
The bad:
The staff who works the restaurant/bar were annoying and pushy and this negatively tainted our entire stay at the hotel. We just wanted to sit at the bar and grab a quick drink to kick off our first night, the place was empty, we walked in and were about to sit down when these pushy gatekeeper women came over and said that we "needed to check in", ok fine, so we said "can we sit at the bar" and they said "sure anywhere you like". We went to the bar and grabbed two seats and then a few mins later they came over and said "can I have you move". What? Why? What's wrong with these empty seats? We reluctantly moved and then proceeded to have a lousy night. It killed the mood and at that point, we didn't even want to stay.
The rooms are noisy. We heard toilets flushing and sewer water running past our room every 15 mins or so. The bass from the music downstairs didn't stop until 3:30am each night. We were on the 3rd floor and there was nothing we could do to drown it out.
The location is pretty dull overall. I think if you're in that location, you're there to experience the hotel itself and with the lousy restaurant experience, we were forced to venture out on our remaining nights. The hotel was just a place to sleep...poorly.
