The apartment was great. Really great! Spotlessly clean, modern and in great location. However there is only housekeeping every 3 days. This is NOT mentioned in Hotels.com or BC 29 Residence websites. It is clearly stated in the information in the apartment itself. Bit late! That information should be made clear to the customer BEFORE they book/turn up. Also, Hotels.com told me I was due a bottle of wine as a VIP Silver customer. The property said they don’t partake of that promotion. Hotels.com told me its availability dependant. Poor advertising! If the property doesn’t offer that then REMOVE it from your description! However the property manager kindly honoured it from his own pocket. Communication with property manager sometimes not great as messages go through Hotels.com. We got managers WhatsApp and that was great. Reception only manned very occasionally. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not due to the property, but because I like the services offered by a normal hotel eg breakfast in a restaurant, someone on reception to communicate easily with, and daily housekeeping.
