Great location, very clean and friendly staff. The entrance is a bit confusing since it doesn’t look from the main door that you have gotten to the right place, but once inside, all is good.

They are eco friendly in that you can only run the air & lights when you are in the room by placing your card in a reader. They also give you free water daily. This location is close to the Re Di Roma metro stop which makes it easy for transportation. Plus there are lots of restaurants & stores nearby with reasonable prices since you’re away from the city center.
The hotel host Frederico was very nice & helpful whenever we had questions & gave us good recommendations. I thought the price for the room was good given the modern style of the rooms & wifi strength & speed was good. Wifi strength is stronger on the terrace close to the office. Loved hanging out on the terrace when the smokers aren’t there. It’s lovely at night.
You can hear some city noises like sirens & feet walking on the ceiling as there is a penthouse above. But it wasn’t loud enough to affect my sleep & I am a light sleeper. My only small complaint is that I found the bed too firm for my taste. Given the other positives of this hotel it’s a small thing to complain about. And people who like firm beds will not have an issue. The bed is more queen size by North American standards but I already knew that Europe has different size measurements & categories. So if you are picky about bed size ask them the measurement of the bed. There are rooms on the ground floor so if you have someone mobility challenged you could ask for those rooms. Be aware that the courtyard has uneven cobblestones.

Wonderful place! Just what we needed. We were offered to check in earlier, which was amazing as we were very tired and wanted to rest a little before our pre-booked Colosseum tour.

This was my first time in Rome, I was looking for an economical stay. The price was definitely economical but I didn't realize how FAR we were from the main attractions. It was nice to have the metro nearby but the location was still far away from the main city center/attractions. Therefore, I was not very pleased with my decision to stay here. Also, it would've been nice to know that my full size bed was a "pull out bed" from a foldable couch. This was not very comfortable. Also, the pictures on the website show this very modern looking site, but there is also constructions going on here. Looks like they are expanding and adding more rooms...

AVOID - Rude and Dirty
Dirty shower, room wall paint peeling off, smell damp, rude staff who couldn’t care less, had to move hotel as staff refused to do anything, paper thin wall, lovely view of a basketball yard, see photos for yourself.

The guest house is in a very good location just a short walk from a stop on one of the two main metro lines. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is very nice and respectful of your privacy, which was great. They did a great job of servicing the room when I was out and never disturbed me at all. The place was very quiet. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Clean, modern, close to Metro, nice neighbourhood
We stayed there for 2 nights and it was great! It's clean, modern and near Metro. We enjoyed the neighbourhood - there is a nice place for pizza and pasta ("Zero") and 2 supermarkets nearby. I will stay here again if I travel back to Rome.

Hidden Oasis
This was a hole in the wall Hotel... literally you had to know what you were looking for to find it. But it was really nice and clean and stylish and very close to the metro. A good pick for a short trip and very nice rooms. My family and I enjoyed this little place. This hotel was very refreshing compared to its surroundings.

Simple, modern and great location
This is quite a modern and clean hotel. Staff are only around a Certain number hours of the day for check in and cleaners know if you are in due to a light on the room door. We had an economy room which was small but did what was needed. Good size shower and very comfy bed. Location size it was fantastic, about 15 mins from termini and 3 mins from Re Di Roma on the metro. Great selection of restaurants around the area which Francesco (at reception) recommended. Would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel was a very welcome surprise. Large room, air conditioned, steps from the metro. The room was super clean and the hotel at large was very tidy as well. If we had more time, we would have spent an evening relaxing on the hotel’s large front deck.

A Diamond in Roma
The hotel is in a great location for walking around the neighborhood and to the metro and public transportation. We had a car for the first week of our vacation but as soon as we left the Amalfi coast and came to Roma we turned the rental car back in. Parking is difficult at best and also $$ in Roma, but the metro can get you to almost any part of the city you want to go. The hotel itself is well updated and very clean. We enjoyed staying here and will again.

Great price!
We loved the guest house, seemed very secure, very updated, and very clean! Frederico was so kind and welcoming! The area was very local but so close to the A line metro it was still very convenient, I’d stay there again!
