They claim to have sound proof rooms. I was in a little corner of main building at hotel with one other room, and a maid supply closet. From 7AM on every morning it was non stop noise due to maids in and out and a half inch opening around the door way that was big enough to look through without opening the door. I asked 4 different maids to keep carts outside of building and try not to make any noise banging walls carts etc. none of them understood English. Also the food was terrible at the restaurants that were actually open.
I’d like a refund for my stay as it was a terrible experience overall.
