老舊公寓, 沒有任何設施, 唯一優點是地點很好, 就位在逢甲夜市裡. 上下鋪的床, 上鋪應該有個欄杆防跌. 冷氣機的冷房循環不好, 上鋪很冷, 下鋪很悶. 室外的鐵窗不應封死.

價格平價房間舒適而且進逢甲夜市，適合愛逛街的旅客 小孩很喜歡上下層的單人床，爬上爬下玩得很開心。老婆大人愛逛夜市，吃小吃，也滿足老婆大人的需求。全家大小都很喜歡

老舊、環境差、電視是接網路的很弱幾乎不能看、水也很弱洗澡不好洗

換了房間沒有事先告知~ 因為剛好寒流來~兩張雙人床只有兩條棉被 造成晚上睡覺得用外套才蓋才會保暖 熱水器的水洗澡會冷~所以我們四位都沒辦法洗澡 尤其是女生很不方便~而在訂房時我有寫是商務出差 原本是四張單人床~改成兩張單人床應該要先問一下是否方便 畢竟不是男女朋友跟夫妻一起 同睡一張床有些人會不願意 溝通方面民宿這邊要再加強~
