De garage, die uiteindelijk 2 verdiepingen naar naar beneden liepen vonden wij aan de kleine kant. kan ook zijn dat onze huurauto iets te groot was. maar kreeg heel netjes een plakje voor de deur waar we 3 dagen hebben gestaan. Voor de rest een iets kleine kamer maar wel stond het hotel vlak bij de metro dus waren met een dagkaart zo weer in het centrum. voor een paar dagen een goed hotel.

Very clean and conveniently located near Intendente metro station. Room was fairly small, but expected in this property style. Although the street wasn't a main road, seems to be a shortcut of some sorry, had lots of foot traffic at all hours of the night, and the room wasn't very soundproof. The Fenicius Charme Hotel is conveniently located a block from the subway and is walking distance to the downtown area and several tourist sites.The room was small but modern and super clean (housekeeping was exceptional) and we had a great city view from our balcony. Breakfast was good (selection of pastries and fruit).Wifi was weak in the room so we had to go near the lobby for a reliable connection. Overall, great value and would recommend.

Great stay
We had a nice stay at Fenicius Charme. The room was nice, both clean and modern. We booked a room with a balcony, which was great but strangely could only be accessed through the bathroom. We did get some noise from the street overnight, but after walking through other parts of the city I think this is a relatively quiet street. Plenty of room to spread out. It was nice to have a kettle and instant coffee to make the morning a little easier. The hotel does not offer laundry, but there is a laundry service close by.

Excellent hotel - would stay again.
Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries. The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.
