The hotel itself was fine - clean, comfortable. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Our issues were with the dining room - closing earlier than posted hours twice in a week without notice. We were there for work, often working 12-14 hours a day. We returned to the hotel our second evening and before we could even find a table in the restaurant we were told "dining room is closed". Period. We had a native Czech sneaker with us so there was no language barrier. Ate elsewhere the next evening. Tried to eat there again on the fourth night and were told the dining room was closed. We pressed the issue this time indicating their website hours begged to differ. They said the website page was old. We said "no, it's from March 2020". We explained we didn't need anything special just something to eat. They eventually provided us with 3 schnitzels in take away boxes - no cutlery or napkins. Despite the fact they were all still working in the restaurant cleaning up and it was an hour before posted closing time. Unacceptable service and behaviour. Six guests arrived after us - just looking for coffee in one case and beer in another. They refused to serve them too. In the time of COVID, who can afford to turn down business especially simple things like this? We won't return.
