Semasa tiba di hotel yang kami tempah pihak hotel memberitahu bahawa semua bilik sudah penuh dan mereka tidak terima apa2 maklumat tempahan dari pihak hotel.com. Bayaran penuh telah dibuat semasa booking dalam online. Jadi saya mahu buat tuntutan balik bayaran yang telah saya bayar kepada hotel.com kerana telah menganiaya saya sekeluarga. Harap maklum
