Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned.

Suficiente pero muy justito. No es 4 estrellas.
El hotel para pasar unos dias con niños esta bien, pero nada de 4 estrellas. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las tuberias del baño de nuestro apartamento olían fatal, tanto que tuvimos que tapar los desagües con toallas para que no oliera todo el apartamento. Ya que encima la puerta del baño no se podia cerrar por completo para evitar los olores. El buffet algo justito, muy repetitivo y con falta de bastantes cosas, como por ejemplo jamón por las mañanas. Buscabamos entretenimiento para nuestras hijas y con los toboganes lo conseguimos, lo demás, el todo bastante mejorable.

A mí no me gustó
El hotel por lo general es normalito, la camas algo incómodas, las piscinas y toboganes están muy bien, ella agua de ellas muy limpias, pero no hay socorrista y aunque no sean muy profundas, puede a ver un accidente nunca se sabe, sobre todo dnd hay niños, pero lo peor es el buffet, pfffff, mucha cantidad pero poca variedad, y nada de buena la verdad, yo creo q no volveria .

Hemos estado unos días y quiero destacar que al hotel le hacía falta un poco de mantenimiento en los apartamentos. Además poca variedad en los buffets, a destacar las pizzas que son de las mejores que he probado en un hotel. La zona del parque acuático genial para los niños. Hotel demasiado masificado, colas para todo y con mucha gente con muy poca educación. El viernes tuvo que acudir incluiso la policía a resolver conflictos y por ese motivo un montón de familias como nosotros deseando ver la final de champions se quedaron sin poder verlas, poniendo un punto amargo a estos días en el hotel.
