Convenient and anonymous
We had to call a number to get a code for the keylock, but were answered promptly and got to our room without difficulty. We didn't have breakfast (hadn't booked it).

2/10 Poor

I can't recommend this accomodation. The room was outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. Thin walls. It's on the main road and the level of noise is very high. On the arrival there was no one to let us in and no one was answering the phone (it was after 9pm). The staff lacked common courtesy and were rude at times. Over the past 3 months I have been booking an accomodation in Norwich regularly but so far this one was the worst.

Immaculate and affordable
We were very impressed with Aylwyne House - especially for the price! It's local to the city centre and was honestly immaculate with all amenities catered for - thank you for having us :)

Nice B&B
Lovely staff and owner of the b&b,great location for us personally as family are near and so is a church. We thought the price of the booking was inclusive of breakfast, but it is not,an over site on our part I believe, so bare that in mind when booking, but breakfast lovely a great selection and highly recommended. We stayed in a front room which was a little noisy for us because of the traffic, but we managed to sleep, the beds were very comfortable and the room was warm and cosy. I am so glad we came across this b&b as it is so convenient for us as we are often in Norwich visiting and shopping.we will be booking again soon.

8/10 Very good

Generally good. The room was on the small side, it was the last one available. That said it was spotless and comfortable. Heating was good. Warm without being too stuffy The dining room and change conservatory were available for relaxing in, or sitting down and eating a takeaway meal. The cooked breakfast was very good, whether cooked by Vanessa or Maria. We arrived after 10:30 at night, but that was not a problem, a phonecall beforehand to the owners and the key was made available. All in all a good stay Clean room, good price, excellent breakfast and friendly staff and owners, what more do you need on a short break?

A great place for a getaway.
Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Check in was simple and the staff were very friendly. The town is about a 20 minute walk away but you can get a taxi for about £5 if needed. The rooms were kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The washroom was more than sufficient for the two of us (probably would have easily suited 4!). Overall it was a lovely place to stay, my only issue was with the loud pipes at night, but when you compare this to the fact there was no noise from traffic it is still quieter than staying in the city centre.

4/10 Fair

B&B-NOT
B&B, MEANS BED AND BREAKFAST, this b&b is not a b&b because breakfast is not included and at £60.00 for one night in a tired accommodation is a lot when you dont get breakfast, of course you could buy the full English for around £9.00 very steep price, but why would you when a 15 min walk gets you to weather spoons where you can buy a small ( not actually small as has bacon egg sausage beans and hash browns ) for £2.49, or theres a cafe even nearer that sells an all day breakfast for £4.95, also we had to ask for our heating to be put on, as our room was cold, and as its November, id say that its expected that the heating would be on for our arrival.

4/10 Fair

It was a bed, and for £40 I never really expected much. Disappointed with shower, water pressure low. No staff available when I arrived key in a secure box on wall, awkward for me as low and combination bit fiddly

The mattress sucked seriously. Bedsheets weren’t changed even once in a weeks stay. Radiator in the room only barely worked.
