예약 여부도 제대로 확인이 안되어 저녁에 입실도 못하고 힘들었음. 게다가 바퀴벌레 때문에 와이프는 밤새 수십마히를 잡느라 잠도 못잤음. 환불도 안되고 조치도 안되서 다음날 아침에 바로 파인트리리조트로 얾김. 그곳은 천국이었음 절대 비추함

Refuse refund deposit
Overall room was average. Owner ask us to pay RM50 for deposit, he said he will be refund during check out day. During the check out day, owner refuse to refund the deposit and he said that the RM50 is for cleaning fee. I had checked the t&c of my booking that there is no other charges for my stay which need to pay additional RM50 for cleaning fee. I feel that the owner had cheated is the RM50. Kindly help us to get back the deposit.

請勿稱它為飯店，這只是一間日租式套房，超級難找，整個地區網路幾乎沒有，無法聯絡，hotel.com也沒有提供當地聯絡電話，只能打國際電話回台灣客服中心，第一次對hotel.com感到失望。
