The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like cigarettes when I first walked in and I thought it was supposed to be no smoking in the room. Employees need to make sure nobody is smoking in their rooms.

There was no bathroom door in my room. It was very uncomfortable. I found out that there was not a bathroom door for over a year. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. It’s unfortunate that management was not more supportive of the stellar people they hired.

Nice room for the price. Room has kitchen with stove top and large microwave and Fridge. If you plan to do some real cooking, bring your cookware. I will definitely stay here again when in Houston.
