If you prefer location with convenience of being different place of seoul and north american level of customer service, this is a hotel for you
But if you are sensitive to noise and claustrophobic, this is the worse hotel for you.
I had booked premium double room, the room is so small I was barely able to open my luggage. Washroom was novice level, no bidet (which is common in korea, even public places have), and the space use was creative but horrendous. The shower door is used to either provide privacy for shower OR toilet use because you swing that door to use it for both! But can’t at the same time.
Also my room was facing ktx/ subway station, I could hear the train every time its passing, till 0100hr. (Which when subway closes)…no noise proofing at all.
In my personal opinion global chain hotels in korea generally overpriced for what its worth.
