On top of the hill. Great view from balcony facing towards the sea and you can also see the lighthouse. The cleanliness can be summarised to this: It cannot get any better than this. Denis has been a great host. He was responsive and was able to answer all queries that we had and also lend his helping hand during check in and check out. Very well mannered and geniunely helping host. Great location too. Beaches are not far. Makaraska Ferry Port is 5-7min drive and lots of supermarkets and food spots which are open till midnight.

Warm welcome from Denis and we got help with transportation as well as information about the best beaches and restaurants in Makarska. The apartment was very modern and clean, everything felt well thought out and without compromise. Real nice beds that provided a good nights sleep. Pool and sun beds were fantastic. There is even a small gym with enough equipment to facilitate a strength workout with barbell, plates and dumbbells. You can walk to the beach but be prepared to take a taxi home, it’s a steep climb back to the apartment. We knew this before booking and it wasn’t a problem for us. Just keep in mind it’s a good walk away from the action and the city I’m general. Overall a professionally driven place with top quality and friendly staff/owners, no complaints👍

We had a Great week at Villa Medak! The host Denis made us feel very welcome and gave us good recommendations for the area. Such Great service! Would definitely recommend staying here. The apartment had great standard and they have a Lovely pool area aswell. We Would love to come back. Its a bit further up the hills from the centre, but we feel this did not matter and it was still easy getting around.

Moderne
Moderne og fin bolig. Fint bassengområde . Sjøutsikt. Ligger høyt oppe, og det er en god stigning opp fra sentrum. Er ca 25 min å gå. Bodde en uke, og reagerte på at det ikke var rengjøring denne uka. Kun byttet håndkle en gang. Gode senger, og stille og rolig .

Superfint boende men långt till city och strand
Otroligt fint boende med fräscha rum, underbar utsikt och fantastiskt poolområde! Ligger dock en bit från strand och stad, rekommenderar ej att gå till stranden då det är en brant kurvig backe. Vi hade egen bil så var väldigt smidigt att ta bilen till stranden och betala 30-40kn för parkering. Tog även bil eller taxi till stan. Servicen var utmärkt och fick bra beskrivning av området!

Die Unterkunft ist in einem super Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Die Hosts sind freundlich und geben sich Mühe. Jedoch wurde unser Zimmer binnen der acht Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht. An sich ist das überhaupt kein Problem, doch es wurde uns auch kein Staubsauger zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir auch keine Möglichkeit hatten, selbst zu saugen. Darüber hinaus war unser Müll sehr überfüllt, da wir auch nicht wussten, dass dieser von uns entsorgt werden soll. Lediglich die Handtücher wurden wie besprochen alle drei Tage gewechselt. Die Gläser und Tassen haben wir am ersten Morgen benutzt. Diese wurden nun bis zum letzten Tag nicht ausgetauscht oder gewaschen. Die Hosts hatten immer viel zu tun, deshalb ist es okay, dass es mal vergessen wird. Allerdings wurde es bei uns eben überhaupt nicht gemacht, weshalb wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass es nicht vergessen wurde, sondern dass man es selbst machen muss. Alles in allem lässt sich sagen, dass es eine top ausgestattete Unterkunft in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Allerdings wird der Zimmerservice wohl vernachlässigt.

Sehr schöne, wirklich neuwertige Unterkunft! Die Besitzer waren super freundlich und halfen bei Fragen oder Vermittlungen etc. Die Unterkunft vermittelt ein sehr familiäres Gefühl. Denis fuhr uns sogar am Tag der Abreise zum Busbahnhof-vielen Dank nochmal:)! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Medak und kommen gerne zurück:)

Mysig lägenhet med bra standard.
Härlig lägenhet och bra service. Ca 1,3km från strandpromenaden så man får starka ben om man går upp varje dag. Då de ligger på sluttningen upp mot berget så är det en bra uppförsbacke. Härlig utsikt ut över havet från vår lägenhet även om vår låg på baksidan av huset så hade vi en balkong med fin utsikt framåt på sidan av huset. Personalen var väldigt service minded. Han hjälpte till med olika bokningar av transporter och svarade glatt på telefon när vi hade några frågor. Även väldigt nära ner till en Konzum matbutik.

Diese neu gebaute Villa ist einfach nur 1A. Von unserem Balkon aus konnten wir sowohl das Biokovo Gebirge als auch das Wasser sehen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man für's Kochen benötigt und Allgemein waren die Räume schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Eine große Couch gab es ebenso wie einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Ein ganz besonderes DANKESCHÖN geht auch noch an Denis. Er macht einfach nur einen großartigen Job, ist jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Stelle und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie bei Freunden zu Gast fühlt.

Selten so nette Gastgeber kennen gelernt !
Wir sind mit allem absolut Zufrieden gewesen. Besonders die Gastgeber muss man direkt ins Herz schließen! Die gesamte Villa ist nagelneu und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Absolut empfehlenswert und nächstes Jahr wieder einen Besuch Wert! Danke!

Hotellet var helt nybyggt och väldigt stilrent och fräscht. Trevlig personal . Hotellet ligger uppe i bergen så 10min gångväg ner och svettiga 20 min tillbaka från stranden. Man får se till så att man inte glömt något innan man drar ner till stranden :) Men i det stora hela kan vi varmt rekommendera detta hotell!
