We left after day 1, we noticed the room was smaller than advertised and did not have a sea view despite multiple emails to attempt to arrange. We visited reception on three occasions and the last visit was 3 hours trying to get a junior suite (river pool access with sea view that we had booked and paid for), we were told we would get one three different times then told they had a last minute booking take the room(despite being told they were overbooked by 11 rooms this week). The hotel itself has the opportunity to be good but it was plagued with overbooking issues during our visit. The staff were okay despite all the issues and we did eventually get a refund for the remainder of our trip where we were able to visit a new hotel. The other reviews about cleanliness are correct, there was a sewage smell that plagued many of the rooms and the food / drinks were very basic with only a few cocktails served at the bar.
