"Staff was super friendly and the room was in great condition; quite karge and there was a balcony. The area around the hotel had lots of shops and great restaurants. Was very near the 19 and 250 buses which msde it easy to get around without a vehicle. "

10/10 Excellent
"Everything was perfect except the staff availability. I suggest there should be someone available at the waiting area or at the reception to assist the guests if anything is required urgently. Chat on the app does-not always work faster. "
"I was very pleased with my stay. I attended a conference at the Marriott and the rooms there were too expensive. These were reasonably priced and very comfortable. I was able to walk to the Marriott to get some exercise and stay in a room at the Robson that was bigger and nicer than the ones at the conference hotel. It also had a refrigerator and a stove. I definitely want to return just to visit Vancouver. I was busy at the conference and didn't get to really enjoy the city, but I highly recommend this hotel."
