The biggest downside was that we paid for the extra for an oceanfront view, but our balcony door was broken and stuck closed. It’s a huge disappointment. Normally after we get our toddler to bed, we sit on the balcony and enjoy each other‘s company for a little bit, so we don’t...

"Every staff member was over the top friendly and helpful. Especially the desk clerk and the lady restocking the breakfast items. The breakfast choices were excellent and delicious. Our granddaughters loved the pool and running the elevator. Lol"

"Our stay was just “okay”. You can tell this hotel needs some serious upgrade. The bathroom had mold in it and visible stains. It was really humid in the room and the air had to stay on constantly. There was a fan in the bathroom leading outside, which you could clearly see. That was disturbing. It also constantly cut off and on. The bathtub was so gross and grimy. The coffee was absolutely disgusting. Like horrible. Overall the beach access and pool was nice. Staff was super nice. "

He was very accommodating throughout the stay! Room was clean and comfortable! The only complaint about the room was that the thermostat is motion control and changed to about 78 degrees during the night, we were miserable until we got up and reset it. Hotel is under renovations, lots of workers around and the back door to the place stood...
