Five attempts to use, orally ended in failure. However, our stay was exceptional and this did not ruin it at all. The staff, their behaviour & their professionalism made the stay a great one. "

"The hotel itself is wonderful and the Onsen is one of the best I have ever used. It’s in a bit of a strange location, sort of industrial near a Canal (not really the bay). It’s really close to Shiomi station so it’s easy to get to Tokyo proper, just be aware that it is a bit remote "
