"A warm welcome from the start to finish. From carrying my bag upstairs (no lift) to the service in reception, the bar and diner, everyone was brilliant and made us feel welcome. The free tea and coffee and hot and cold water taps on each landing, were a welcome suprise (especially as visited during a heatwave - on which note the AC was more than a match for it). Everywhere was clean, including the stair wells and the decor and fittings were all well cared for. A lovely spot and a great team, would definitely stay again and recommend."

"Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Given the size of the hotel, there was a decent amount of variety. Room was of good size. One downside, although there were lifts we had to use stairs to get to our room on the mezzanine floor. As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult. "
