"Simple, elegant room with all you need. The pictures don’t make justice to the views. They’re unbelievably beautiful. Very large shower and great water pressure. AC works very well. Staff was great. Lake access is awesome "

"The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"

"Really good location as it’s a 5 min walk from the train station also very close to the ferry. The room is on the smaller side but that’s expected in Varenna. The gentlemen at the reception was very helpful and they were able to accommodate for late check-in. I would recommend this spot and for the location and the value."

"It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."

"Despite the rain, we had a fantastic two-night stay at Hotel Sassa. The service was excellent, the views were stunning even in bad weather, and the spa was a perfect escape. The breakfast was super. A great spot for a relaxing couples’ getaway. "
