We got a room thinking our view out towards the lake was gonna be perfect but unfortunately a tree fell and blocked our view. I left a message to reservation and Emily left a voicemail and got us a new room with perfect view of the lake. Communicative, responsive, and professional. We couldn’t thank her enough. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff also, for helping get our room cleaned and ready on time! "
