"I found this resort last minute for a solo getaway. It was amazing! Beautiful views, easy drive from Charlotte and a quiet space to unwind. The spa was lovely and offered services I wanted for a reasonable price. I enjoyed getting to know Will and Meghan when I dined at the bar at High Tide. Overall it was a fantastic getaway and I plan to return this fall with friends. "

"I don't rate often unless the experience really made an impression (one way or the other). This property was fantastic. The service stood out most of all. It is clear this is family owned and lovingly run. Every employee/owner made us feel very welcome and almost like family. The breakfast was AMAZING and even kept us at the Inn longer in the mornings than we normally would stay just so we didn't miss it! Rooms were clean and well maintained. We absolutely will stay here again- absolutely fantastic place. "

"Very old and outdated. There was no breakfast as advertised. The housekeeping didnt really want to give us extra towels as we only had 2 sets but we had 3 people. "
