"A nice property that with some tweaks could be really lovely. For instance there wasn’t a single vegetarian offering on the menu nor could we get a recommendation for a place to eat. Do four nights of driving around searching for food with little help from the hotel. We researched it and found an amazing place 10 minutes away which the staff at the desk knew about! So why didn’t they suggest it? A nice breakfast but flies were everywhere making us want to dine and dash. Wi-Fi almost didn’t ever...

"We were welcomed warmly and offered a room 3 hours before noal check in time. We just wanted to leave the luggage, so we can enjoy the sightseeing of Figueres, and were nicely suprised with the kind accommodation. The host offered all sort of useful information for the best access to the city and the local beaches. The room was very clean ans spacious, but the best was the breakfast buffet with the unusual veriaty of choices, glutten-free bread inclusive. Very pleasant experience overall. "

"Tierra Buxo is a little haven of luxury in the Spanish mountains. Marta was so friendly and helpful to us during our stay, and you can tell how much effort she puts into making her guests feel comfortable and welcome. Both the breakfast and dinners were delicious, with lots of lovely, locally-sources products. Our room was exceptionally clean, very spacious and comfortable, and we loved the jacuzzi bath! We also loved the outdoor pool

"Almost everything about the hotel was excellent; Staff - genuinely friendly. Big shout out to Carlos, the courtesy shuttle driver. Location relative to ski slopes Room Ski lockers The only source of disappointment was the evening meals. Generally the main course(s) offered were adequate, though sometimes on the smaller size. Last night however, the meal arrived cold. This leads me to believe that the meals are pre-prepared and then microwaved for serving which is not what I would expect. ...

"Hotel very clean, beautifully presented, friendly and professional reception staff, gym was fabulous (photos do not do it justice). Food was excellent. Just wished they’d had a la carte breakfast for small bites rather than a buffet (tried once and it was delicious). Spa facilities very clean. Only gripes: - organisation of the spa - having to take room slippers and robes, they should be provided at the spa - a couple of the spa staff not as friendly as elsewhere in hotel - treatments were...
