The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. "If you are staying in Castro, this might be a good choice. It's an interesting building built into a hillside with views of the harbour. The building was well designed but it's a little bit tired now. Staff were reasonably helpful. There was parking off the street and secure. Right in the downtown, an easy walk to restaurants, stores, the Mercado, etc."
