So comfortable. GREAT location.
Fantastic stay at the Whitehall once again! Clean room, very comfortable bed! Large windows to let in natural light but no view other than the concrete wall of the building nextdoor. That was ok though, all things considered. My favorite self parking situation in all of downtown Chicago...$51 per night WITH in and out privileges. Garage has a 7’7" clearance. Nice bar and restaurant on the first floor. I'll be back!

Glam on a budget
Hotel gave ritzy on a budget. Nice room and decor. I wish there was a full body mirror and also a microwave and fridge. Hotel was in walking distance of a lot of places. Nice outer surroundings. Staff greeted me every time i came back in. Hotel bar gave an old classy feel. Bartender accommodated me by making a drink that wasn’t on menu. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable stay during Halloween weekend
Came to Chicago to show my partner around where I used to live and wanted to be settled in a good area for a moderate price and luckily found The Whitehall; what an amazing bang for your buck in such a desirable neighborhood and to top it off the hotel room was very nice and incredibly comfortable. The staff was very nice at the front desk and incredible helpful. Me and my partner were very happy with the accomodations and after a long day of sightseeing couldn't wait to relax and unwind in the comfort of our room. Would definitely book again at The Whitehall in the future.

Location is perfect for the price. It’s near the upscale side where all the high end restaurants and retailers are. And you can walk to a lot of places nearby. The hotel itself is outdated and lacked basic amenities and the shower pressure was not good.
