The place was dirty. Beds made lots of noise. There were dogs in the room next to mine, it barked all night. Tried to check out at 7am, and was told no by the staff. Staff refused to refund our cash deposit before 10am. Internet did not work. The pool had not been maintained. Was very displeased with this facility after driving 10 hours from Texas. We found a new hotel the next day.

The pictures were not the same hotel, wasn’t even in the hotel room for an hour. It smelled disgusting and the bathroom looked like a jail cell. The ac unit was out the wall like someone had kicked it in from the outside. The walls had brown stains on them. The bathroom when first opening it reeked of poop. There was a hole in the wall under the blue light. The pictures in the website is not the same hotel room it was very disgusting. I felt unsafe in the room and the clerk was rude and shamed us for trying to leave. She laughed when we came back and said we wanted to check out.

Terrible in every way. Was not comfortable after how I was treated twice being refused to check in. They knew they were keeping the money ahead of time. Just terrible. I was never allowed to check in. Drove across 3 states to get there, and wouldn't even let me use the rest room after refusing to let me check in!

I was told a deposit was listed on the website available for anyone to see, it’s in fine print on a separate website page. I paid my deposit being told that it would return to me the next morning as I checked out, the next morning I was told by a different worker that this was untrue and I would not get it back until after 3-5 days. There was a live roach on one of the towels and the pipe underneath the sink outside of the bathroom door sprays water, as well as out of the bottom of the faucet. Overall stressful stay.

The greeter at the desk was not helpful at all. I had specifically requested and paid for an accessible room and explained my knees were bad. He out me in a room that was no where near the parking area and I explained I couldn’t carry all my stuff that far and asked for a closer room. He simply said “that’s the room you get” and it obviously wasn’t handicap accessible. I begged him to get me a closer room and he wouldn’t. When I told him I wouldn’t be able to stay there and I’d have to find another hotel, he simply said “ok”
