The Lobby Staff was very kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us with our extremely stressful and confusing check in process. I cannot thank them enough.
We are not familiar with the area. The GPS could not accurately take us to the building entrance (as was the case with three taxi pick ups) I walked around the entire block repeatedly, trying to find the right entrance to retrieve the key fob comparing the picture that was provided by the management company with no luck. I called multiple times asking for help and received multiple email links I could not open. Nobody could give me any additional assistance that I needed. The keys were NOT where they said they were, but I found the location. The parking garage location was not marked, and a parking attendant next door showed me where to go. There was a video provided where to park, but it could not be viewed until we were in our condo. No service in the garage, so that was useless. It took us well over an hour trying to get to our room. We were instructed to leave the key fob in our condo at check out, yet it's a necessary tool to use the elevator to get to the parking garage. We were fortunate someone was going to the lobby. Then we had to have assistance to get down to parking garage. This entire checking in and checking out experience was horrible. Really, really unfortunate, as we were very pleased with our accommodations, amenities and all the sightseeing we did.
