Great for our use
We stayed here for an overnight hotel layover. It’s nothing fancy but it was great for what we needed! The staff was very kind, promptly got us a crib for our baby, the shuttle drivers we had were great, and the area felt safe, my husband was able to easily walk and get us to go food nearby. I would stay here again

WORST STAY EVER.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Waited in the check in line while one attendant was holding the phone for 15 minutes on hold while the other was having a personal conversation with the people he was checking in for the 15 minutes also. Heat was not working. Service guy could not speak English. Could not communicate properly with him. Tried to get my room changed attendant said the hotel was completely filled. Saw many rooms unoccupied. Had to request a portable heater for the night. Most outdated computers for guest to do they business in the computer room. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Meh, it was fine for an airport shuttle
Check in wasn’t great - front desk wasn’t super friendly or helpful. My kids were excited to swim, but turns out the pool isn’t heated. So we decided to go to the restaurant, which was actually also closed for refurbishment. Room was clean enough but definitely not great condition - lots of stains on walls and grout cracking. We could hear the TV in the room next to us. Airport shuttles only run on the hours at the :40, starting at 4:40. Shuttle was on time though and got us to the airport on time, which was our only reason for staying at this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN. IT IS VERY DATED AND THE PICS ON THE WEBSITE ARE OLD PICS, PROBABLY WHAT IT USED TO LOOK LIKE BACK IN THE 90'S OR WHEN IT FIRST OPENED! THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART. AND GUESS WHAT, THE INSIDE IS AS WELL. THE PEOPLE WORKING THE DESK WERE RUDE,THE ELEVATOR WAS A DEATH TRAP, MADE NOISE GOING UP AND COMING DOWN. THE INSIDE OF THE ELEVATOR (WALLS ARE PEELING). THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM IS DATED, DRESSER WAS FALLING APART, DRAWS WERE OFF THE TRACK. DRAPES HAD A FADED SPOT WHERE SOMETHING SPLASHED ONTO IT (LOOK LIKE BLEACH SPOTS). THERE WAS ONLY COLD AIR COMING OUT OF UNIT DESPITE BEING SET TO HEAT. BATHROOM WAS SUPER SMALL. NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM AND WHEN WE ASKED THE FRONT DESK, WE WERE TOLD IT WAS ON OUR FLOOR BUT THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE TO BE FOUND. WE FINALLY FOUND IT ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND NOT ON THE 4TH FLOOR WHERE THEY KEPT SAYING IT WAS. THE ICE MACHINE WAS BROKEN ON OUR FLOOR AS WELL, NEVER GOT FIXED THE WHOLE 5 DAYS WE WERE THERE. AND IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK TO MY DEBIT CARD!!! NEVER AGAIN.....
