Stayed here several times when going to events in Kansas City always been clean comfortable friendly service only issue was the tv had a bad spot but we wasnt in town to watch tv so it wasnt a big deal

The staff was kind and helpful, but the rooms were old, dated, and slightly concerning in their cleanliness. It looked like they were starting renovation so that’s hopefully going to help. My room didn’t have a working air conditioner, no fridge, and the bathroom shower pressure was either too much or not enough.

They were very friendly and I could tell they were trying to improve the place. Rooms need some serious updating as far as broken lampshades and curtains, and very stained chair for the desk. Other than that it was a decent stay for a decent price. Will likely return

I arrived and they told me that there was a $200 hold. That is not something I anticipated and seemed a bit steep for this low-rent place but whatever, I just needed a room and a shower for the night. I checked out and they assured me the hold would come off. Instead, I was charged. I called to complain and they said 3-5 business days for a “refund”. I told them that’s not how this is supposed to work. The manager said it’s my bank’s fault. I assured him that it was his.
