One thing though, even after I showed them and email about the 10 MYR per night tourism tax will be paid by Expedia at Check in, they still asked me again to pay at check out. It didn't happend at my other hotel, Le Meridien at all. Other than that, it was great stay.

Fantastic service

We were there for hubby's 50th birthday. We had the Ocean View Suite and it had a great view. The room was somewhat dusty which is not gr8 for my asthmatic husband, but the Housekeeping Manager, Wong Syen, took care of that. He also coordinated with his colleagues at the teppanyaki restaurant to throw for my husband a surprise celebration. Its really wonderful how service-oriented the staff is
