Rude people at the front desk, urine smelling room
The people at the front desk are extremely rude, unhappy, and with no patience.
They gave me a urine smelling room asked for another room and they changed it but without saying a word! Rude!
The beds in the second room were old, you could feel the mattress Springs.
They have a shuttle bus, I told them that I need to go to the airport using that service and one of the man at the front desk told me the bus will be outside. But when the time came I went outside and the bus was not there.
I asked and they told me that the bus is there every 1 hour! Why they didn’t say that at the beginning!!!
After that they said “you can use the taxi that is outside” but the taxi only takes cash.
I went inside again and asked if they could call a taxi that takes cards.
They made only one call and told me “there is no taxi that works with cards, only cash, use Uber”.
That is not true, I went to Panama 10 times before, and every time I paid the taxi with my Visa.
The last 3 times in this hotel were a bad experience
The man that works at the computer on the right corner is the worse, rude, rude, rude!
