The resort was calm and beutiful. It had 4 amazing private beaches with very colorful corals and fish. The staff was friendly and the food was very good with other restaurant options inside the resort.

Amazing holiday

This was one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel is exceptional with excellent value for money. The beach is amazing and the pool was nice. The quality of the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Sameh at the reception made sure we get two rooms close to each other. The only set back was the lift being repaired but this was sorted within a day and we used for most of the stay with no issues. Would definitely come again and highly recommend.

Very nice resort. The distance from the room to the beach is very long. You have to walk a lot. The staff at the main restaurant, especially the girls, are unfriendly and seem not interested to be there. They just give the wrong vibes. Reception staff was great and helpful. Resort is close enough to main attractions.

We loved staying and had a very relaxing vacation. The beach options are really good. It can get a bit crowded and you may not be able to get the long chairs in the beach but our overall experience was very good. Staff would go above and beyond to do things for you. We had a lovely time.

The hotel is not suitable for elderly guests or families with young children due to limited elevators and areas that require taking stairs. There should be a changing cabin available at the beach. The food quality was disappointing and lacked flavor. Additionally, the pillowcases in our room had visible stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness.

The all-inclusive thing is not worth it and not well clarified. The receptionists are not answering the phone. i called them more than 10 times, and when i went there was only one, and they said they were busy. Plus, they need to work so much on their attitude and their way of dealing with the guests.

Wonderful experience, great staff, awesome view, nice breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Beautiful beach. I would for sure recommend the horse ride they offer around the beach. The city was loud and hectic, primarily stayed in the resort.
