Upon our initial check-in, Thomas at the front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the servicing of our rooms lacked a bit. When housekeeping serviced our room, our extra towels we had requested were not replaced, thus we had to request some again. Also, our kleenex was not replaced and was empty. The bed wasn't comfortable, as wasn't the couch in the room. It sagged and was obviously old. The breakfast bar was basic, but served it's purpose for at least something to eat.
Basically, you get what you pay for here. It's not glamorous, but not a hole in the wall. For our purpose of staying, it was decent.
