Under the heater was food that was not picked up. There was long dark black hair in the shower that i used a tissue to get out of the shower so i could use it. Checkin and check out was fast and easy. I did both of those online.

Attended the Alaska State football season final contest with my family. (We won!) Needed a place to spend the night. This was pretty much a barebones basic room for rent. Wish our rooms (2) had refrigerators; otherwise, they were comfortable and clean. Just what we needed. Good stay for the excellent price!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The area seems very safe. The city of Eagle River is a great little town. Lots of places to see and hike close by. We really liked Thunderbird Falls, a short drive away.

It was a good value for what i needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their continental breakfadt was pretty good and better than a lot of places. The only thing i didnt really like was that the room was hot in the afternoon time (on side of hotel with sun) but it cooled down a lot once the sun was hitting it directly. Queen standard room was sooo small. Maybe 2.5’ on either side of bed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious for the size of room. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was pretty basic continental style. At almost $200/night did not feel it was a good value for the money.
