Hotel is fine for a short stay, the breakfast was poor, limited options, some food and drink ran out early. Coffee machine broken and long waits to get a drink. Hot food was dry and over held. Otherwise it’s fine for what it is. Long wait to check in and out and people complaining about mis charges to their room bill, this was not a problem for us on this stay.

Clean and tidy but room for improvement

The shower holder was broken in the bathroom, so was pointing at the floor and the shower gel had not been filled up. The bar food wasn’t great, especially for the price and when asked if we wanted any sauces we said no thank you, but cutlery would be nice. The couple next to us had to ask for cutlery as well. Another lady ordered a hot sandwich after 6pm which was sent back as it was very poor but we was told that we couldn’t have a sandwich as it was after 6pm! Didn’t find the staff overly friendly but the hotel was clean and tidy.

Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay here - large, quiet room, firm but comfy bed, lovely bathroom facilities and a very good breakfast if no allergies. Gluten free toast provided on request but no other GF alternatives available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was quite a short one for length swimming, but still it was nice to have a dip! Lovely quiet area to stay in.

Used the bus. I was looking out for delta marriot as on all correspondance. The bus calls it the chase hotel. I did not realise this was the same and went a mile. down the road. I waited for the cold for half an hour . The chase is in small letters outside and not on my prints outs of the booking.this needs sorting.

Nice short stay

Good well priced hotel. Good rooms altough loud in the morning with constant doors banging with visitors leaving. Breakfast good especially fried bread on the buffet nice treat. The coffee machine in the restaurant needs looking at as the coffee is insipid. Spa facilities good loved the jacuzzi showers maybe need upgrading. Well situated for visiting Cheltenham and Gloucester and Cotsolds.
